My Experience
My design journey started in the early 2000s, back when websites were a bit chaotic and gradients were... questionable. I began as a web designer, hand-coding and learning how users interact before “UX” was a thing. Later, I spent a few years teaching design and creative tools at a local college, helping new designers find their footing.
Eventually, I returned to hands-on work with a focus on leadership. Most recently, I served as a Senior Design Manager and acting Head of Design at a global tech company, leading multidisciplinary teams across time zones. From UX and product to motion and illustration, I’ve helped build strong, collaborative teams that deliver sharp, scalable work.
I’ve worked on global brands like ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and Private Internet Access, but what drives me most is building environments where designers can grow. I care about thoughtful feedback, smart systems, and making sure the creative process actually supports the people doing the work.
I’m based in Israel and comfortable working remotely, hybrid, or in person. I lead with empathy, stay curious, and bring structure when it’s needed.
