Design Leader | UX/UI & Creative Operations Specialist
I’m a multidisciplinary design leader with extensive experience across UX/UI, product, brand, and marketing design. I’ve led teams of designers across multiple countries and guided them through growth, reorganizations, and multi-brand complexity at global companies including ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and PIA.
My career spans hands-on design, team building, and design operations. I’ve scaled systems that improved consistency and onboarding, introduced workflows that cut delivery cycles nearly in half, and mentored designers who went on to take leadership roles of their own.
I bring creative direction with operational clarity, ensuring design teams stay motivated while delivering measurable business impact - from stronger conversions to faster, more consistent execution.

History & Background
I’ve spent two decades shaping design from every angle: as an UX/UI designer, as an educator, and in recent years as a Senior Design Manager guiding large, diverse creative teams. From college classrooms to global brands like ExpressVPN, Private Internet Access and CyberGhost, my focus has always been the same: enable designers to do their best work, and help organizations align vision with design execution.
